We need to stay competitive. I propose:
65+% win rate
2000 average damage
90% hit rate
At least one tier 8 with 3k average damage
Three quarters of the tier 10s in the game must be in their garage
Star1 must be at least 2.0
Must have jagdpanzer IV in garage with a win rate of over 95% over at least 100 battles
I don't know... I just want to make IRD even more competitive. We are only asking for one tier 10 with 2500+ average damage (Or 2400+, if you prefer). STAR1 rating should be 1.3+, though 1.2+ is acceptable.
Pasdxd is right. Doing well in tier 9 doesn't guaranteed proficiency in tier 10. I can have dark purple stats in tier 9 easily, but only purple in tier 10. IRD will be the main force in clan wars, so exceptional performance in tier 10 is necessary.
Also, people who do well in tier 9 can do well in tier 10.
Except... not really. Tier X is arguably the least forgiving tier to play. Lots of people who are good in every other tier "fall off the wagon" at tier X.
It is less forgiving, however it also takes a long time to get to tier X. About 300 games in the tier 9. You might be right though, maybe just give IRL the current IRD reqirements.
I agree IRD should raise its requirement to 58%, but WR isn't the best indicator of skills. So I suggest adding a tier 10 average damage requirement of 2500+. Of course we are not KRIEG with 3000+ average dmg in tier 10. I feel that 2500+ average dmg in tier 10 shows how well someone can carry his/her team. The requirement should say something like this:
"At least one tier 10 with average damage of 2500+"
Tier 10 requirement is what separate IRH and IRL from IRD. Some IRH members don't even have a tier 8 because they are fairly new and still working on their tier 7. IRL will probably have around 55%+ players with tier 9s, but may not be ready for tier 10.

52% with a tier 8 of 1400 damage I believe, for IRH. With a middle clan being introduced, should we push IRD up further? With IRD reqs being open ended on the top, should we push the reqs up to 58% so IRL will have a bigger window? If it stays between 54 and 56, it will be tough getting players and even tougher keeping them for an extended time. IRL could be 55-58%, giving both IRH and IRL the same "window" to work with.
